About Me

Hey there! My name is Kayla and I'm a 20 year old college student hoping to become a speech-language pathologist one day. I started this blog in July 2014 as a way to keep me occupied during the summer months. I try to post as often as I can, but usually during the school year I don't post as often as I'd like to.

I enjoy DIY projects, planners (yes-- planners), reading, and making music. This blog is a culmination of all the things I love/hate and want to share with you!

Here's a little bit more about me...

1. I love to sing and wish I was able to do it more often now that I'm in college
2. I have a younger brother
3. I've always loved to read. Always, always, always.
4. I am from a suburb outside of Philadelphia, PA
5. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 4 years.
6. I love volunteering and working with children, I served as a corps member with Jumpstart Philadelphia for 2 terms.
7. I am a very amateur photographer. I own a fancy camera but I don't take it out as often as I'd like to.
8. Pinterest is my best friend.
9. I am on Goodreads more than I'm on Facebook
10. I used to love creative writing (especially poetry) but I don't do it much anymore.
